In a pressure cooker,add kathal,which is all ready peeled,soaked dal,& all dry spices.

Add 1 chopped onion,8 garlic,& ginger,add 1 pinch haldi powder.lid it,cook it with 1 glass of water for 15 mins.

Now remove it from the flame,let it cool.

Remove all big whole spices,add it in the griender,virender it very fine.

Now in a bowl take it out & add all spices,include ginger garlic paste.add khoya,kaju paste.

Now take a peice of koal burnt it on the gas flame.put it in a small bowl & set it in the kathal mixture bowl,add 1 tsp desi ghee some long cover it for 10 mins for smoking flavor.

After 10 mins open it.make small balls from this and roll it in the coarsely griended kaju,badam.

Roast it on the medium hot griddle,both side,with the help of ghee.

It lookes like golden brown.

Then take it out & serve it hot hot with green chutney & onion rings.
