  • 2boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cuporange juice (about 240 ml)
  • 1medium onion
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 tablespoonsoil

Steps

About 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.

    Cook the chicken with the orange juice over low heat.

    When most of the orange juice has evaporated, add the oil and then the finely chopped onion on top of the chicken.

    Stir and cook until the onions are translucent.
