Katti meethi Kairi Launji is super yummy and healthy and you can eat it with paranthas, roti, bread and can eat it like itself.

Take a pan, heat it. First add mustard seeds, after 30 seconds add jeera, ajwain, saunf, methi dana and heeng. Saute it for a minute.

Add sliced raw mangoes. Saute it for 2 minutes on medium to high flame. Add water and boil it for 2 minutes

Add chopped Jaggery and stir for 3-4 minutes on low to medium flame. If you want more sweetened then add it accordingly. After melting jaggery, add spices and cover the pan with lid and cook for 5-10 minutes. Keep stirring

Your khatti meethi kairi Launji is ready. Serve it cooled and store it in air tight container in fridge.
