Soak chana over night and boil in morning

Take oil and add onion and fry it.

Add boil chana and potatoes

Add ginger garlic, biryani masala, tomatoes and yogurt

Cook until tomatoes and potatoes done and mix well,

Take 3 litres water in pan add salt, and boil it

Add rice in it and cook it.

Drain rice.

Take half rice in pan add masala and add remaining rice

Add orange food colour

Add coriander and dum for 10 minutes.
