Firstly added kesar & cardemom in to 3 table spoon look worm milk. Then added 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice into 500 ml milk for making chena. Then milk was curdled & water separated.

Then I have roasted coconut & chena by ghee or butter.Then added 8-9 tablespoon sugar or jaggery 10-20 gms into it & mixed it very well. In this way I have made a Coconut staffing.Then added dry fruits like raising cashew Nuts almond pesto...Mixture was ready.

I have cut 3 beetroots in a nice way.Then took a pan & added 4 tablespoon butter..Then I have added that cut beetroots & roasted it for 2-3 minutes so that it's raw smell will be removed,water will be separated & beetroot will boiled.Then added 1 cup of full fat milk.Then added 1/2 cup sugar.

Then added elaichi kesar milk with it & mixed well. After that added chena sugar coconut dry fruits mixture into it & stirred it.
