Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida(all-purpose flour)
  2. 2-3 tbspcorn flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tbspblack pepper powder
  5. 1finely chopped carrot
  6. 1 cupthinly shredded cabbage
  7. 1chopped capsicum
  8. 1packed manchurian masala
  9. as neededWater
  10. 2nos spring onion
  11. 2 tbspchilli garlic paste
  12. 1 tbspginger paste
  13. 1 tbspchilli tomato sauce
  14. Coriander leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    First of all take finely shredded or chopped veggies of your choice like carrot,cabbage,capsicum,etc add cornflour and all-purpose flour for binding purpose and than add salt and pepper and form smooth dough.

    Now prepare small balls out of it and deep fry till golden crisp in hot oil and keep them aside.

    Now make gravy taking some oil in pan add chopped spring onionns garlic chilli ginger paste manchurian masala and water.now put balls into hot boiling gravy and let them cook for 5 min.serve hot manchurian with gravy you can add your favourite sauces to enhance flavours.
