Ingredients

  1. 2 blockstofu, slice
  2. 2tomatoe, chopped
  3. Shallots and garlic, minced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Stir fry shallots and garlic then add tomatoe. Season with salt. When cook set aside

  2. 2

    Cut tofu into slices pat dry with kitchen towel. Heat pan add oil then fry tofu. When done arrange in a plate and put cooked tomatoe in the center to use as dipping sauce
