Rice rotla
Left over rice can be used to make this yummy recipe
Steps

In a bowl take the left over rice and add curd, green chillies, chopped coriander and mint leaves,salt and rest it for 10 min.

To it add besan, rice flour, wheat flour, chilli powder,turmeric, sesame seeds and mix well. Knead it into a soft dough.

Make lemon sized balls from the dough and roll into round shape rotla. Dont apply pressure while rolling them.roll very lightly so that the rotla doesn't break.

Make holes in between the rotla.carefully place it on a heated pan and drizzle oil in to the holes and cook on the both sides till crisp.serve hot.
