  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

    Rub beef with a little salt and black pepper

  2. 2

    Heat pan and pour a little olive oil. Make sure that the pan is hot before fry beef

  3. 3

    Fry beef 3 mins in each side then remove
