First take a bowl add ragi, Urad dhall and fenugreek seeds wash 3 times and soaked 3 hours.

Take a grinder add ragi, Urad dhall, fenugreek seeds, cooked rice, salt and water grind in course batter and formatting 8 hours.

Take a tawa pour the batter with ladder and circle it and pour one tspn of ghee and cooked in medium flame and flip to cook other side also.

Ragi dosa ready to serve with Red chillies chutneys.
