Multigrain dudhi thalipeeth

Grate the dudhi. Extract all the excess water from it. Take all ingredients and knead a semi-soft dough. Make small equal balls. (I have roasted the moong dal and made fine powder.) (I have used the dudhi water to knead the dough)

Roll it in a chapati, make a hole in the center with your finger. Roast it on the tawa using very little oil on both sides.

Serve it with ketchup and coriander chutney. You can even cut it if you want. Yummy thalipeeth is ready.
