Aam panna with jaggery
Steps

Wash and clean mangoes
Put them in a pressure cooker with 1 glass of water and cook fr 3-4 whistles - 2
Once they cool down, open the cooker and take out the mangoes
Discard the skin and take out pulp with a spoon. - 3
When the pulp cools down take it to a blender and add spices and grated jaggery.
Note: you can melt jaggery before adding to the pulp - 4
Give a nice churn so that mango chunks become paste nicely blended with spices.

This will a thick pulpy mass
Add chilled water and ice cubes
Add chopped mint leaves for garnish
Serve chilled
