Cooking Instructions

Add the custard to the milk and mix.

Add the sugar to the milk and custard mixture.

Pour the mixture in a pot of boiling water. Note : the quantity of water should not be too much.

Mix till it becomes thick and put in a fridge for 30 minutes

Mix the whipping cream with water and whip till it becomes light and fluffy

Add any flavor of your choice to the whipping cream.

Add the custard mixture to the whipping cream and mix.

Add any color of your choice. Enjoy your ice cream 😋
