  • બીટ ૨૫૦ ગૉમ
  • ૨નંગ અથવા ૧ નંગ
  • પનીર ૫૦ ગ્રામ
  • દારીયા પાઉડર
  • બદામ પાઉડર
  • આદુ ખમણેલું ૧ ચમચી
  • તીખા મરચા ૩ નંગ
  • કોથમીર
  • મીઠું સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે
  • આખુજીર, આમચૂર ૧ચમચી
  • ધાણા જીરું ૧ નાની ચમચી
  • લસણ ૨ કડી, ડુંગરી જીણી સમારેલી મીક્ષ કરવી હોય તો કરી શકાય

    બીટ ખમણી લેવુ, બટેટા બાફીને ખમણી લેવા હવે બીટ ને કડાઈમાં તેલ મુકી સાતડવુ તેમા મરચા જીણા સમારેલા અને મીઠું સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે મીક્ષ કરી લેવુ.
