Ingredients

  1. 500 mlfull cream milk
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 13/4 tbsp custard powder
  4. 5-6Pistachios

Cooking Instructions

    Keep milk for boiling on heavy bottom vessel on medium heat.

    When milk starts boiling remove 1/2 cup milk from it. Let it cool.

    When milk cools completely add custard powder in it and make a lump-free batter.

    Boil left over milk for 5-7 minutes. With stiring. Add custard batter slowly and stir with one hand. add sugar in it.

    Stir constantly for more 2-3 minutes. When batter becomes thicker off the flame.

    Let it cool. Keep it in refrigerator for cooling.

  7. 7

    Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.

  8. 8

    Add ready Custard in it. Again cool it. Keep it in refrigerator.

  9. 9

    Serve it very cold. Garnished with pistachios.
