Chicken fingers

Wash the boneless chicken pieces and cut them finger size rectangular shape. Add ginger garlic paste and red chilli sauce.

Add other spices mentioned above and mix well and refrigerate for half an hour.

Now take 3 bowls. Add maida in 1 bowl, bread crums in another bowl and in 3rd bowl add egg white some water and pinch of salt and pepper to it and mix well.

Now dip the marinated chicken pieces 1 by 1 into maida 1st then into egg white and into bread crums.

Prepare all pieces like this and keep in fridge for 10 to 15 minutes. Deep fry them. Enjoy with tomato ketchup or mayo dip.
