Spicy Tawa pulao

Heat butter in a pan

Once the butter melts add cumin seeds and saute for 30 seconds.

Now add onion and saute for 2 minutes.

Add green chilli, garlic and saute for 1 min.

Add tomatoes, mix well and cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

After 5 minutes add frozen green peas, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and pav bhaji masala powder and mix well.

Add 1/4 cup of water and cook all the masala in tomato gravy.

When all the water dries up add boiled potatoes and mix well.

Add cooked rice and gently mix.

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Serve hot.
