Take a big bowl add ghee.

Put ice cubes should do hand wisk with ghee until it becomes creamy light colour texture will come.

Once as creamy texture then add maida small portion by at a time.

Repeat process once it's thick then add milk. Then add 3 cups water and mix very well.

Heat an oil pour on the middle has drop liquid on middle as 3 tsp once sides becomes roasted then separate edges take out.

For Rabri: Heat a Kadhai pour thick milk, sugar keep boil.

Until it should be thicken then add dryfruits mix well.

Take Ghewar pour Rabri decorate dry fruit pieces, rose petals, sliver leaf ready to serve.
