Sift all the dry ingredients together and set aside

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy

Add dry ingredients followed by eggs in the butter mixture. Add everything gradually and mix well

Add milk, vanilla essence, hazelnut spread and remaining dry ingredients

Fold the mixture until everything is well combined

Pour in the cup cake liners in a cup cake tray and bake for 20 minutes on 180°C
- 7
Let them cool then serve
