In a bowl, mix the powdered milk and water. Whisk it properly and place in a pot on low heat. Keep stirring it as its no the fire until it comes to a light boil. A switch off the fire once it starts simmering.

Leave it to cool for 45 minutes then sieve it to remove any small lumps that might have formed due to the heating of the milk.

Cover the bowl and leave it in a corner like a cupboard or store for eight hours or over night. After which, the yoghurt is ready. You can sweeten the yoghurt, eat it with granola or take it as it is.
