  2. 1/2green bell pepper
  3. 1/2red bell pepper
  4. 1carrot
  5. Tomato sauce
  6. 1.1 lbsground meat (about 500 grams)

  8. Mashed potatoes
  9. Shredded cheese for gratin

    Finely chop the onion, bell peppers, and carrot. Place them in a pan with olive oil and cook until they are well softened.
