Cooking Instructions

Finely chop the onion, bell peppers, and carrot. Place them in a pan with olive oil and cook until they are well softened.

Add the tomato sauce to the vegetables and mix well with a wooden spoon.

Add the ground meat.

Break it up well until it forms a mixture with the vegetables. Add salt to the mixture.

After about 20 minutes, remove it and place it in an oven-safe dish. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the meat.

Next, add the shredded cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.

Place the dish in the oven and leave it for about 15-20 minutes on the broil setting.
