Ingredients

2 servings
  • beef
  • 500 gbeef strip
  • handfulcoriander
  • 1/4tomato, speeds removed
  • 10 cmcucumber, seeds removed
  • salt
  • salad
  • 1 1/2 cupcooked rice, cold
  • 1/2tomato, diced
  • 10 cmcucumber, diced
  • 2 tbspdiced red onion
  • 2sundried tomatoes, diced
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • 1bacon rash

Steps

  1. 1

    In a food processor, blend the tomatoes and cucumber until crumble consistency. Roll beef strap in crumble. On a hot griddle pan, cook beef for 5-7 minutes then turn and cook again for 5 minutes, depending on size.

    Remove from heat and allow to rest.

  3. 3

    In same pan, cook the bacon until brown n crispy. Remove. Place in food processor, blitz until crumbley.

  4. 4

    In a bowl toss the salad ingredients together and dress with drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. Season.

  5. 5

    Once rested, slice beef. Serve immediately.
