  5. 1/2garlic clove
  6. 1 tbspginger paste
  7. 1snall bowl yoghurt
  8. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tbspsalt
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1& 1/2tsp Black pepper
  12. 1 tspgaram masala
  13. 3green chilli
  14. Pona cup water(for onion garlic boiled)
  15. 3 glasswater
  16. 2big handi spoon oil

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure cooker mein pona cup pani mein Onion pieces mein cut kia Hua & garlic clove dal kar 3 mint whistle de dein.

    Boiled onion, garlic pani ke sath he nikal lein bowl mein.
    Arvi cheel kar 4 tbsp wheat flour or 1 tbsp salt dal kar achi trah wash kar lein. Phir Tokri mein dal dein ta ke dry hojaye.

    Pressure cooker ko wash kar lein. Phir 2 big handi spoon oil dal dein. Arvi golden colour any tak fry kar lein. golden colour a Jaye to nikal lein. Phir esi oil mein boiled onion, garlic dal dein. Ginger paste or tomato paste, chicken pieces dal kar mix karein

    1/2tbsp Red chilli powder, 1/2tsp Turmeric powder, 1/2tbsp salt, 1 & 1/2tsp Black pepper,1tsp garam masala dal kar mix karein. Half done hojaye to 1small bowl yoghurt dal kar mix karein.

    Achi trah bhoun lein, ke oil alg nzr any lgy, khushbu any lgy or masala ban Jaye.
    Phir Fried arvi, 3green chilli dal dein or 3 glass water dal kar mix karein, 2 mint whistle dein
    Garam garam arvi chicken ka salen, roti salad or lemon ke sath serve karein.
