METHOD
In pot add oil cumin seeds clove cinnamon stick and mix
Add onion and fry until light golden
Add garlic paste and mix well
Add tomato and mix well
Add red chilli powder salt coriander powder turmeric powder and mix well
Add green chilli and cover and cook on low flame until tomato are soft
Add boiled chana daal and mix well
Add water mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add garam masala - 2
Red chilli powder and mix well
Add tadka on chana daal
Add fresh coriander ginger Juliana and serve with nan (serve for 4-6) - 3
For TADKA
In small frying pan add oil and heat it curry leaves and mix
Turn off the flame add Kashmi
