Ingredients

50 minutes
  1. Pie:
  2. 125 grall purpose flour
  3. 1 tbspchocolate powder
  4. 1 tbspicing sugar
  5. 4 tbspbutter
  6. 1egg yolk
  7. 1 tbspcold water
  8. Chocolate filling:
  9. 80 mlwater
  10. 1 tbspcornflour
  11. 1 tbspchocolate powder
  12. 3 tbsphot water
  13. 80 grcondensed milk
  14. 1egg
  15. 1 tspvanilla essence
  16. Garnish:
  17. grape/strawberry/any kind of fruit that you like
  18. icing sugar

    Make the pie first by adding all the ingredients, flour, chcolate powder, icing sugar, butter (room temperature), egg yolk, and cold water. Knead it with hand until it looks like a firm dough. Set aside.

  2. 2

    For chocolate filling, dissolve cornflour with water and chocolate powder with hot water in the different bowl. In other bowl, whisk an egg, add condensed milk and vanilla essence, mix well.

  3. 3

    After that, add the cornflour and chocolate to the egg mixture. Stir and filter it to make the filling smooth.

  4. 4

    Prepare the non-stick pan and rub butter to the whole pan. press the pie dough onto the bottom of the pan. Prick crust in a few place with a fork.

  5. 5

    Place the pan in a very low heat for 10 minutes, then add the chocolate filling and close the pan. Just leave it for 30 minutes then check if it is set. Wait for another 15 minutes if it is not set yet.

  6. 6

    Wait until the pie cool before remove it to the plate.

  7. 7

    Garnish the pie with your favourite fruit and sprinkle it with icing sugar on top.
