  • 250 gmscapsicum
  • 2onions
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspDhaniya jeera(Coriander cumin) powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds/ jeera
  • 1/2 tspHing/asafoetida
  • 2 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Wash and chop the capsicum. Heat oil. Crackle jeera, hing. Add onions. Saute till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add the spices, salt and mix well..

  3. 3

    Add capsicum, cover and cook till tender.
