Ingredients

  1. 150 glong grain rice
  2. 1 tinchopped tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1red or green pepper
  5. 3baby sweetcorn
  6. 2 tspgarlic puree
  7. 1 ltrwater
  8. 1stock cube
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1 tspchilli flakes
  11. 1/4 tspallspice
  12. Fresh mint and coriander roughly chopped

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook onion, garlic, pepper and spices in oil until tender.

    Add rice, stock cube, water, roughly chopped baby sweetcorn and tomatoes. Cook on a low heat until rice is cooked.

    Stir through chopped herbs.
