Steps

In a pan add sugar and water. Then add cardamom and boil it and make slightly sticky sugar syrup.when it's ready keep it aside.

In a pan add soojia add ghee, mix it & add milk and stir continuously until milk absorbed..

Take batter in plate,let it cool down, mash it for 10-15 minutes. and make cracks free small balls.

Heat oil in frying pan.add suji balls and fry until golden brown at medium flame.

When perfectly fried golden brown directly add in sugar syrup.(don't let them for cool down).Yummy Suji gulab jamun is ready
