  • 1 packetshan Sindhi biryani masala
  • 1tezpaat
  • 3-4darchini
  • 4cloves
  • 8Kali mirch
  • 1 tspzeera
  • to tasteSalt
  • Halftsp garam masala
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • Halftsp dhania powder
  • Hara dhania bareek kata hoa
  • Pudina bareek kata hoa
  • Tali hoi pyaz for garnishing
  • Green chilli bareek kati hoi
  • Zarde ka rang

    Oil men pyaz kat kar dalen, pyaz KO light brown hone tak pakaen phir us men adrak lehsan, tezpaat, sabut garam masala or sufed zeera dal kar 1 min tak bhonen.

    Phir us men chicken dal kar chicken KO Achi tarah bhonen.

    Dahi men Sindhi biryani masala shamil kar ke us KO chicken men dalen or masala bhoonein tak pakaen.

  4. 4

    Jab masala or chicken tayyar ho jae to us men tomato or sabut green chilli dalen or 10 mins tak pani khushk ho jane tak pakaen.

  5. 5

    Kushish Karen ke tomato poori tarah melt na ho thore red rahen kiunka tomato ka juice jab chawal men Ata hai to us ka taste different hota hai. Masala tayyar ho jae to use side Pe rakh dein.

    Aik pateeli men rice boil Karen us men sufad zeera, 2 tbsp oil, few leaves of pudina, 2 choti elaichi, salt, 1 Bari elaichi or 2,3 Kali mirch dal kar boil karen.

    HARA MASALA: Dam lagane ke liye hara dhania, green chilli or pudina bareek kat lein.

  8. 8

    DAM KA TAREEQA: aik pateela men half chicken masala dalen phir us men half rice dalen us ke baad us men half hara masala dalen, zarde ka rang or Thori si tali hoi pyaz dalen phir dobara sai bacha hoa chicken masala, rice dalen or phir uper se hara masala, tali hoi pyaz or lemon kat kar rakh dein. 10 mins tak dam ane tak pakaen.
