Steps

Heat oil in a pan,crackle some mustard seeds, cumin seeds, add onion and chilies.

Soften onions and chillies, add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt as per your taste, add crumbled roti into the mixture,add lemon juice and sugar toss per taste, mix all the ingredients.

Garnish with coriander leaves and it's done
