Steps

Soak oats in water and curd.wash,cut all the veggies in small pieces.Add all veggies,oil,salt,black pepper in oats.mix it well.

Made ready idli steamer with oil and water and put all the batter in idli steamer.cover it and cooked for 20 minutes in hot flame.After 20 it will be ready.Made plating of it and serve it with green chutney and sauce.
