Almond is a dryfruit with high nutritional value It's Vry useful for growing children to strengthen health and memory.I have made Kheer from almonds and served with mava stuffed paratha.

Steps

First heat the milk when stats boiling add saffron threads and let it boil on slow flame

Now peel off the soaked almonds and clean them

Now make paste of almonds by adding some milk
- 4
Now heat desi ghee add almond paste,saute for 2 minutes on slow flame,add the boiled milk,sugar, cardamom nutmeg powder mix well let it cook on slow flame, continuous stirring till it thickens

Kheer is ready,add dry fruit pieces of your choice mix well,serve hot with mava stuffed paratha with chopped almonds on top
