First of all heat a pan and add milk in it take 2 boil and switch off the flame when milks temperature is lukewarm add 2 tsp vinegar and water and make a loose paneer

These time add ice cubes and water for make it cold

Take a strainer and cover with a cotton fabric and drain the aacess milk and water

After the process we get crumbled paneer mash it properly for 6to8 minutes and add some corn flour and make a little ball and press it after the step

Heat a pan and add 2 Cup sugar and 4 cup water just gave one boil and add the rosgulla and boil it for 15 minutes

Let's make a rabdi. Heat a pan add 250 ml milk and gave one boil now add some saffron yellw food colour cardomon powder almond and pistachios half one cup sugar...

Now it's time to make rosgulla cool and dip in the rabdi...

After 5 to 6 hour rosgulla absorbe the rabdi now serve the colouful ras malai rosgulla rabdi.
