Put sugar and margarine in a bowl and mix till creamy

Add one egg at a time and beat till fluffy(i used a mwiko)

Sieve flour and keep adding to the mixture while stirring. (you should mix to one direction, inorder to lock in air)

Add baking powder and baking soda and continue to mix.

Finally Add cocoa and mix.

In a large sufuria put sand, if its not available you can use salt.

Make sure your jiko is well lit and place the sufuria with the sand let it heat for 5minutes.

Rub margarine in a small sufuria then dust it with flour and pour the mixture in.

Place the sufuria with the mixture inside the one with sand.

Cover with a well fitting lid;and put some well lit charcoal on top of the lid.

Wait for the cake to cook.
