Boil the rice in adequate amount of water with salt. When done set aside

Add oil in a pan, saute garlic then add beated eggs. Cook until eggs are mushy.

Add all the vegetables, spices and sauces and cook well.

Add boiled rice and give a good mix.

Serve hot with ketchup
