This is quick and easy recipe which is my father's favourite .
Steps

First wash the chillies and dry them with a cloth. Mark a cut in the chillies into between.

In a pan add oil and heat it.then add cumin seeds and nigella seeds and hung.roast on medium flame for few seconds then add green chillies saute them and add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.(red chilli is optional if you don't want to more spicy you can skip it.) Saute and cooked on low flame for two minutes.then add coriander powder,fennel powder and amchur.mix well and add 1/2 cup water.cover and cooked for two minutes.

Now remove the pan from heat add beaten curd.mix very well then cook another one minute on low flame.when a boil comes turn off the flame and your chilli fry is ready.you can enjoy it with paratha or take in lunch or dinner instead of achar.
