  2. Cooking oil
  3. Salt
  4. Vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes and wash

    Cut them into thin slices using a knife and soak on salty water and vinegar for 15 minutes

    Place them on paper towel to dry then deep fry on hot oil

    Deep fry till crispy
