  1. 3Red,yellow bell peppers
  2. 1Onion
  3. 5 piecesGarlic
  4. 6Pepper(pili pili) depends with ones choice
  5. Salt
  6. I tsp Oil
  7. I tsp Mixed herbs(sage,basil,bay leaves)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare peppers and onions by washing and chopping

    Place them in a baking pan and add salt,herbs and oil.

    Place in the oven and grill for 20 mins

  4. 4

    Remove the charred peppers& onions from the oven and blend
