I used leftover samosa filling + veggies to make this.
Can be customized to any serving size.
Steps

Add oil in a frying pan on medium heat.

Add minced meat, blended pepper and onions. Change heat to low.

Add your preferred seasoning and spices. Add carrots and boiled peas, stir and cook for a few minutes.

Season mashed potatoes (optional), just a personal preference.

Layer the minced meat mixture on bottom of your pan, layer mashed potatoes over it.

I usually brush with egg whites but it's totally optional. You can also use grated cheese, and lettuce ganish, again all optional.

Bake until the top is golden brown.
