Make mango pure and add in a pan.

Add shukar in it. Now start cooking on medium low flame. Stir randomly.

After 10-15 min cooking add lemon juice. Mix well.

Cook 4-5min. Put some jam in a plate and make a line, passing fingers into it, making two lines.If two lines do not meet with one another jam is ready.
