Remove the unwanted skin from it and wash the mutton liver thoroughly. Cut the mutton liver into small cubes of approximate 1-2 inches. Marinate it with ginger garlic paste and keep it aside until you prepare other things.

Take a big onion and a big tomato. Chop them finely. Heat a pan and add oil to it. When the oil is hot add the chopped onion to it and saute it. Add chopped tomato to the pan fry for 5 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder turmeric powder, and salt. Mix it well and cook until oil starts to float

Add the marinated Mutton Kaleji and mix it well. Add 2 tablespoon of water to it. Mix it well and cook for another 10 minutes.

Be careful while cooking that it doesn't overcook. This might harden the Mutton Liver and spoil your recipe. The nutrients might also burn away by overcooking the mutton liver.
