  1. 250 gmMutton Liver -
  2. Onion - 1 Pcs (Big) Finely Chopped
  3. Tomato - 1 pcs (Big) Finely chopped
  4. 1 TeaspoonGinger Garlic Paste -
  5. 1 TeaspoonRed Chilli Powder -
  6. 1 TeaspoonCoriander Powder -
  7. 1/4 TeaspoonTurmeric -
  8. Edible Oil - 2 Tablespoon Salt - To Taste

    Remove the unwanted skin from it and wash the mutton liver thoroughly. Cut the mutton liver into small cubes of approximate 1-2 inches. Marinate it with ginger garlic paste and keep it aside until you prepare other things.

  2. 2

    Take a big onion and a big tomato. Chop them finely. Heat a pan and add oil to it. When the oil is hot add the chopped onion to it and saute it. Add chopped tomato to the pan fry for 5 minutes.

    Add red chilli powder, coriander powder turmeric powder, and salt. Mix it well and cook until oil starts to float

  4. 4

    Add the marinated Mutton Kaleji and mix it well. Add 2 tablespoon of water to it. Mix it well and cook for another 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Be careful while cooking that it doesn't overcook. This might harden the Mutton Liver and spoil your recipe. The nutrients might also burn away by overcooking the mutton liver.

  6. 6

    Your Healthy Bhuni Kalegi Masala is ready to serve. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves
