How I made Mozzarella Cheese for first time

Homemade Mozzarella Cheese is easy and fun to make.
Pour White Vinegar or Citric Acid into the lukewarm hot milk.
Stir slowly and after a few minutes, the milk will begin to thicken.
Globs of white curd will separate from the liquid (whey).
Remove Mozzarella from the whey.
Wash Mozzarella several times as demonstrated in my video.
Cover Mozzarella with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Once chilled, we either eat it fresh with crackers or grate and freeze it.

Take one litre of full cream milk. Heat the milk so that you can feel hot by dipping your finger to check it's tolerable hot. This temperature is lukewarm hot. Take good branded white vinegar anout 100 ml in a bowl.

As soon as milk is heat to the required heat switch Off Flame. Add Vinegar slowly while stirring milk continously. Don't add excess of vinegar. As soon as water separates and milk curdles stop adding vinegar. In

Collect the curdled milk and start squeezing out water from it.

You have to dip this curdled milk several times in same water of curdled milk and wash and squeeze out.

You can take fresh lukewarm water. Don't wash more than 5-6 times. Now after this take fresh tap water and do same now.

Wash it several times. Not more than 5-6 times.

See a solid curdled ingredient is received. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours by wrapping it in aluminium foil. After 3 hours you get final product Mozzarella Cheese !

Grate it if you want to make Pizza or any other recipe.
