  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cuporange juice
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 1 teaspoonminced ginger
  • 1 teaspoondried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoondried mint
  • 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  • to tasteSalt

    Mix all the ingredients together. No need to marinate.

  2. 2

    Pop in the oven at 200 degrees celsius. Use a deep oven pan that can accommodate the liquid.

  3. 3

    Braise and keep turning the chicken in the liquid and basting until the liquid dries out and the chicken is cooked.

  4. 4

    Enjoy with your family and thank God for His bounty.
