Besan burfi with condensed milk
Steps

Heat 2sp ghee add besan and mix it well.

Roast the besan till it changes the colour to slightly golden and nice roasted smell turn off gas and add condensed milk and mix as quickly as possible to dough like.

Grease the plate and keep the besan dough press it.
- 4
Cut into pieces and ready to serve.
