This recipe is made with leftover chapati but tastes absolutely delicious with scrambled eggs and spices.
Steps

Keep all ingredients ready. Tear the chapati into small pieces. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan add fennel powder, onion and green chillies. Saute till translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappears. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.

Add salt enough for this masala. Pour little water and boil.

Add the chapati and mix well.

Set aside in the pan. Add a tbspn oil and break open the eggs.

Add salt and pepper powder for the eggs.

Scramble the eggs and when half done mix everything so it sticks to the chapati.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
