Ingredients

3 to 4 cones
  • 1 cupGreen moong
  • 1medium sized finely chopped onions
  • 1medium finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 lemon
  • as required jeera powder
  • as per taste chaat Masala
  • as per taste black salt
  • as per taste salt
  • 1green Chilli finely chopped
  • Fistful of coriander leaves
  • 5-6 tablespoonsev or mixture or Chiwda. For crunchiness

  1. 1

    Wash and soak green Moong for at least 5 to 6 hours. Drain the excess water and keep this in muslin cloth and keep it warm place. It will take a day for the sprouts.

    Take a bowl add sprouts. Put onions and tomatoes.

    Add all masalas.. and lemon. And sev and coriander leaves

    Mix well. Serve immediately otherwise sev will become soggy.
