In a small bowl take lukewarn water add yeast and sugar. Mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.

The yeast activates after 10 minutes. In another bowl,add both flours,salt,some butter and activated yeast. Mix well and knead a dough from it.

Apply some oil,knead well and let it rest in a warm place for about 60 minutes.

The dough rise (double in size)during this time. After 60 minutes, massage the dough for about 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough round, shape it like a loaf to keep in the greased loaf pan. Let it sit there for 30-40 minutes. Preheat oven @175 C. Now after 30 minutes,brush it's top with melted butter and bake it at 175C for around 40 minutes.

Check it at 25 minutes. The bread is done if it's top appears light brown in colour. Brush it with melted butter and take it out from oven.

Remove it immediately from the loaf and let it rest on the rack!
