I tried to cook a healthy and tasty meal, which has lots of vegetables, and protein, stir fried, just like an asian cuisine.
Steps

Boil 1& 1/2 cup rice and keep it aside.

In a pan/wok, put some oil, add grated ginger in hot oil and stir.

Add onions, bell peppers, corn and stir fry for a few minutes.

Add salt and pepper as per taste and add boiled rice ginger pepper rice is ready

For chilli paneer, heat oil in a pan,and add ginger garlic paste, cook till the raw smell disappears

Add onions and stir fry till a bit translucent.

Add cube shaped cut bell peppers, corn and other veggies of your choice

Stir fry for few minutes and add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper powder.

Cook for a minute and add paneer cubes. Cook for another minute

Garnish with coriander, sesame seeds and spring onion stock.
