  • 4big potatoes
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbsptumeric
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into stripes

  2. 2

    Wash them again and drain the water

  3. 3

    Mix the other ingredients except oil and mix well with potatoes

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat until it's hot for deep frying

  5. 5

    Cook until golden brown and serve
