Steps

Mix all ingredients and make soft dough. Keep aside for 20minutes.

Heat the oil in pan. Put ginger paste saute for minute.

Put peanut fry for 2minutes.

Add all dry spices saute for another 4-5 minute.

Put potato and cook for 5minutes minutes

Roll the dough in oval shapes. Cut from the centre

Take little amount of water wet all the side.

From where you cut mix it together. Make cone. Put the filling in it. Seal from side. Make all samosa like this.

For frying heat the oil in medium flam. Fry it till it turn golden brown.serve hot.
